CONTEXT

We are at a critical point of scaling, and more hospitals are trusting our product every day.

Right now, we still have a large market to explore, and to keep fueling our growth, we need to strengthen the initial phase of the sales funnel by identifying potential strategic clients and focusing on executing high-quality proactive outreach.

That’s why we are looking for a Business Development Representative who can grow within the sales team with us and help us achieve our mission.

Do you want to join a fast-scaling medtech company? Do you want to advance your career with us? We’d love for you to keep reading!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our first dedicated BDR, your primary goal will be to drive new business opportunities by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in expanding our sales pipeline and creating high-value opportunities for the team.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, actively generating leads through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and networking. Your mission will be to secure high-value meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a consistent and qualified sales pipeline.

As you navigate complex sales cycles, you will engage primarily with executive assistants and C-level executives. That’s why trust-based communication and a consultative sales approach will be essential to your success in this role.

Here, no one works alone. Our Sales Team is 5 -strong and growing- and you’ll work hand in hand with the team to achieve your goals. We are in a growth phase and want you to grow with us, so in the medium term, you will have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities.

What to expect during your first months with us

During your first month:

We have everything ready for your first weeks. You will learn about our mission and our product, Tucuvi Health Management (THM), to understand how it helps healthcare professionals improve patients' lives.

You will also get to know how we are organized, our business model, pipeline, playbook, and the way we work with hospitals. You will be able to create your Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas for each vertical in order to start the outreach.

We want you to be our best ambassador and to become an evangelist of THM.

By the end of month 3:

You will start conducting proactive outreach based on your ICPs and Buyer Personas for each vertical. You’ll begin identifying opportunities, scheduling meetings for the Account Executives, and seeing the first results of your efforts.

Additionally, you will continue with the training to better understand our product and the tools you will use for your daily work.

After 6 months:

At this stage, you will work autonomously, maintaining an active pace of first conversations and meetings with decision-makers, as well as a strong flow of second meetings for AEs.

You will have plenty of ideas on how to improve outreach, generate more leads, and create a greater impact. We are excited to hear your thoughts and see how you continue growing professionally.

By now, you will have completed your training—congratulations! You are now a true ambassador for Tucuvi.
