At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care, augmenting clinical teams with AI.

Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI-driven patient management.

Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 60+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, >90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes.

We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale access to care.

CONTEXT

As we continue scaling across Europe, UK and the US, one of our key priorities for 2026 is to grow our impact while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and clinical accuracy in every interaction.

As the volume of patient conversations continues to grow—especially in new markets—we need to ensure consistent quality across multiple languages and clinical contexts. That’s why we are expanding our team and looking for a Conversational AI Reviewer (part-time, 24h/week) who will play a key role in reviewing, analyzing, and improving our AI-patient interactions, working primarily with Portuguese calls while also supporting Spanish and English.

This is a fully remote position, with a schedule distributed from Monday to Saturday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your mission will be to ensure that Tucuvi’s Clinical AI is accurate, safe, and constantly improving, so that every patient interaction reflects real-world clinical practice. You will work at the intersection of Product, Conversational Design, and clinical quality, making sure that every AI–patient conversation meets rigorous standards while feeding insights directly back into the system to improve what we build next.

This role combines three key dimensions:

  • Hands-on conversation analysis and review: You will review, analyze, and refine AI–patient phone calls—primarily in Portuguese, but also in Spanish and English—ensuring quality, clinical accuracy, and compliance with medical protocols and privacy regulations.

  • Collaboration with design and product teams: You will work closely with Conversational Designers to define and implement best practices, assess recurring issues, and support the ongoing improvement of AI-driven clinical interactions.

  • Performance tracking and continuous improvement: You will monitor AI performance, report actionable insights, and help enhance the AI’s natural language processing capabilities, directly contributing to a better patient experience and more reliable clinical outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Conversational AI Reviewer, you will be responsible for:

  • Review, analyze and correct AI-patient phone conversations to ensure quality and compliance with medical protocols in a timely manner.

  • Support Conversational Designers to develop best practices for AI-driven clinical conversations.

  • Assess and understand the accuracy and clinical appropriateness of AI responses to notify recurrent bugs.

  • Track and report on AI system performance in patient management and clinical support.

  • Support ongoing improvements to the AI's natural language processing capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills to understand patterns and provide feedback.
