At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care, augmenting clinical teams with AI.
Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents—including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent—with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure. Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI driven patient management.
Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 60+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, >90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes. We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale across Europe and the US.
We’re growing fast, and so is our presence in the healthcare ecosystem.
As more healthcare organizations, clinicians, and institutional stakeholders engage with Tucuvi, our participation in the right events becomes a critical growth lever. From major industry congresses to executive and institutional gatherings, how and where we show up directly impacts our pipeline, credibility, and long-term relationships.
That’s why we’re looking for an Ecosystem & Events Manager to own the strategy and execution of our event presence end to end. This role is not about logistics alone: it’s about making deliberate, high-impact decisions on why, where, and how Tucuvi engages with the healthcare ecosystem.
So… If you have a strong background in healthcare events, enjoy working with senior stakeholders and KOLs, and want to play a strategic role in a fast-growing healthtech company, apply to this role! This could be the opportunity you’re looking for. 🚀
Your mission will be to define and execute Tucuvi’s event and ecosystem strategy, ensuring every event we attend or host has a clear objective, the right audience, and measurable business outcomes.
You will own the full lifecycle of events, from strategic prioritization and pre-event activation, to on-site execution and post-event follow-up, using events as a tool to generate pipeline, enable high-quality meetings, and build long-term strategic relationships.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the leadership team to ensure events are fully aligned with commercial priorities and brand narrative, while maintaining high execution standards across all touchpoints.
You’ll onboard into Tucuvi’s strategy, commercial priorities, and healthcare positioning. You’ll map the current event landscape, understand past performance, and get a clear view of key stakeholders, KOLs, and priority ecosystems.
You’ll start taking ownership of selected events, defining objectives, target audiences, and success metrics, while coordinating closely with Sales on planning and follow-up.
You’ll fully own the global event strategy and execution calendar. This includes prioritizing which events to attend (and which not), leading pre-event outreach and meeting planning, and ensuring strong on-site activation.
You’ll manage multiple events in parallel, owning budget execution in coordination with Sales, and ensuring post-event follow-up translates into concrete commercial and strategic outcomes.
You’ll be a key owner of event-driven pipeline and strategic relationships. You’ll continuously refine the event strategy based on performance and ROI, deepen relationships with KOLs and institutional stakeholders, and help position Tucuvi as a credible, trusted player in the healthcare ecosystem.
You’ll also contribute to improving internal processes around event planning, measurement, and cross-functional coordination.
As Ecosystem & Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Defining and owning Tucuvi’s global event strategy, prioritizing events based on business impact.
Mapping and managing participation in industry congresses, institutional events, executive gatherings, and ecosystem organizations.
Clearly defining for each event: why we attend, who we engage, and what success looks like.
Leading end-to-end execution of events, including booth strategy, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site operations.
Designing high-quality on-site experiences aligned with our positioning and commercial objectives.
Planning and executing pre-event outreach and meeting strategies in close collaboration with Sales.
Ensuring strong on-site representation and high-quality interactions with senior stakeholders and KOLs.
Owning post-event follow-up to ensure continuity of relationships and measurable outcomes.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare KOLs, senior clinicians, and institutional stakeholders.
Tracking event performance and using insights to continuously improve strategy and ROI.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership team to ensure alignment and impact.
You’ll work closely with:
María, our CEO and the person you’ll directly report to. Also to Rut, our brilliant Marketing Specialist that will be your “go to person” to answer every doubt during your onboarding.
You’ll also collaborate with other teams, mainly with Sales to coordinate events and meeting planning.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
More than 5 years of proven experience leading B2B event strategy and execution in high-growth environments. We’ll prioritize candidates that have navigated regulatory environments, such as healthcare, before B2B SaaS.
Track record executing logistics and defining event strategy.
Hands-on experience with booth design, vendor management, budget coordination, and post-event workflows.
Strong ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with speed, structure, and attention to detail.
Experience working cross-functionally and translating strategic objectives into high-impact event experiences.
Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and high-credibility audiences, in Spanish and English.
Willingness to assist to events. Travel approximately 30% of the time.
Experience working with or around KOLs, executive audiences, or institutional stakeholders.
A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution.
A data-driven approach to testing, optimizing, and improving event impact over time.
