At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care, augmenting clinical teams with AI.

Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents—including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent—with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure. Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI driven patient management.

Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 60+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, >90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes. We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale across Europe and the US.

CONTEXT

Tucuvi is entering a scale-up phase. We’re now ~50 people and growing fast as we consolidate our presence in Europe, and grow the US market. With this growth comes greater financial discipline, new reporting requirements, and the need to strengthen our finance foundations.

This is a pivotal role within our team and the broader company, enabling us to accelerate growth, scale efficiently, and strengthen the financial and operational foundations that will sustain that growth. We’re looking for someone who can help strengthen our finance operations while thriving in the dynamic environment of a fast-growing healthtech company.

You’ll work closely with Manuel Silva (Finance & Operations Manager) and Fernando Dal Re (COO), taking ownership of key finance processes and supporting operational initiatives as we expand internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a finance-first role with exposure to operations. You will:

  • Own monthly closing coordination with our external accountants in Spain, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.

  • Implement internal financial controls and scalable processes, including opportunities for automation.

  • Ensure compliance across Spain, EU and US.

  • Manage vendors and contracts, including spend tracking, renewals, and documentation.

  • Support cross-functional projects, including grants, tenders, data requests, reviews, and market analyses.

  • Handle operational tasks needed to keep the company running smoothly.

You will be hands-on from day one, progressively owning more as you grow into the role.

What to expect during your first months with us:

📌 1 Month. Onboarding & Baseline Understanding:

  • Understand Tucuvi’s business model, financial structure, reporting cadence, and investor expectations.

  • Learn existing accounting processes with external accountants.

  • Get familiar with current tools.

  • Take ownership of reviewing and validating monthly close outputs.

  • Start managing basic vendor and contract tracking.

📌 3 Months. Taking Ownership:

  • Own the monthly closing coordination end-to-end.

  • Play an active role in the financial audit due in March.

  • Implement first internal controls and standardized processes.

  • Produce Tucuvi’s weekly finance dashboards.

  • Lead compliance coordination for Spain; begin mapping requirements for EU/US.

  • Independently run smaller operational projects.

📌 6 Months. Operational Excellence:

  • Deliver improved, repeatable monthly close and reporting cycles.

  • Own vendor management, including spend analysis, renewals, and cost optimization.

  • Support tenders/grants/data requests independently with high quality.

  • Collaborate to define scalable processes as Tucuvi grows in EU/US.

📌 12 Months. Scaling & Strategic Contribution

  • Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and internal controls.

  • Support structural changes related to international expansion.

  • Take increasing responsibility over FP&A functions.

  • Handle complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

WITH WHOM YOU WILL WORK

You’ll be part of the Finance & Operations team, working closely with:

  • Manuel Silva, leading Finance & Operations and your day-to-day sparring partner.

  • Fernando Dal Re, COO, providing direction on strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2–4 years of audit experience, ideally Big 4 or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and financial statements.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Understanding of compliance requirements across Spain/EU/US (or the ability to learn quickly).

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

  • High ownership and autonomy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

  • A proactive, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with external accounting firms.

  • Experience with internal controls or process implementation.

  • Experience with automation (dashboards, workflows).

  • Experience working in or with fast-growing tech companies.

  • Additional languages.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • 🎯The opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company improving healthcare for thousands of patients.

  • 🚀A fast-growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibility.
