We are increasingly partnering with pharmaceutical companies to deploy pharma-funded programs across hospitals and healthcare organizations, and the pace of new implementations keeps accelerating.
To ensure these programs are executed with speed, rigor, and clarity, we’re looking for a Life Sciences Project Manager to join our team.
This role sits between Sales and Customer Success, owning the critical phase that turns pharma agreements into signed hospital contracts and successful go-lives.
Join us to work with leading pharma companies and healthcare systems, gain international exposure from day one, and grow your career at the intersection of Life Sciences and clinically validated AI.
Your mission will be to support the implementation of pharma partnerships, ensuring hospital contracting, coordination, and pre–go-live execution run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in aligning the objectives of pharma partners and healthcare organizations, working across clinical, IT, procurement, and legal stakeholders to unblock complexity and move programs forward.
Once programs are live, you’ll ensure a clean and structured handover to Customer Success, setting the foundations for long-term success.
You’ll go through a structured onboarding to understand Tucuvi’s product, Life Sciences strategy, and implementation workflows.
You’ll shadow the team on ongoing pharma–hospital implementations and progressively take ownership of coordination tasks.
You’ll start conversations with hospital stakeholders (procurement, IT, legal, clinical teams) under guidance.
You’ll independently manage implementations end-to-end up to contract signature and go-live readiness.
You’ll coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, CS…) to ensure all prerequisites are met.
You’ll become a trusted operational counterpart for pharma partners during the implementation phase.
You’ll be handling multiple implementations in parallel with confidence and structure.
You’ll actively contribute to improving internal implementation processes and playbooks.
You’ll support Life Sciences leadership by freeing up senior sales capacity and de-risking program execution.
You’ll play a critical role in turning pharma partnerships into successful, live programs, being responsible for:

Anna, Global LFS Director, and Diego, Life Science Lead. Our brilliant team and the “go to person” to answer every doubt during your onboarding. You’ll also collaborate with other teams, mainly with rest of Sales team and CS to coordinate everything is in place before a program goes live 🚀.
