At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care, augmenting clinical teams with AI.
Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents—including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent—with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure.
Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI-driven patient management.
Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 60+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, >90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes.
We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale access to care.
As Tucuvi scales across health systems, public administrations, and clinical teams, one factor becomes increasingly critical:
clinical outcomes at scale.
Healthcare organizations adopt AI not only because it works, but because they trust the clinical governance and results behind it.
They need to understand:
How outcomes are measured
How patient safety is ensured
How escalation protocols work
How AI integrates into real clinical workflows
And most importantly, they need confidence that those principles are consistent across deployments and defensible in front of clinical leadership.
That’s why we’re looking for a Medical Director responsible for Clinical Strategy & Outcomes, to own Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes framework, external clinical credibility, and governance narrative as we scale.
This role will ensure that clinical outcomes, communications, and governance remain consistent, credible, and defensible across every customer deployment.
It is a high-impact role at the intersection of clinical practice, AI, and health system transformation.
If you’re a clinician with strong leadership experience, passionate about improving care delivery through technology, and excited to help shape how AI is safely adopted in healthcare, we’d love to meet you.
Your mission will be to ensure that Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes, safety principles, and governance model remain clear, consistent, and trusted as the company scales.
You will work at the intersection of clinical strategy, customer success, sales, and external thought leadership, ensuring that Tucuvi’s deployments consistently demonstrate credible, measurable clinical impact.
This role combines three key dimensions:
Outcomes ownership across all clients
External clinical credibility and thought leadership
Clinical authority in complex commercial discussions
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership, helping translate clinical outcomes and governance into adoption, renewals, and long-term partnerships with health systems.
You’ll onboard into Tucuvi’s model, product capabilities, and existing deployments.
You’ll review how outcomes are currently measured across customers and understand the clinical workflows where Tucuvi operates.
You’ll also meet key customers and internal teams to understand how outcomes are currently used in sales, renewals, and external communications.
During this phase, you’ll begin shaping the foundations of Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes framework.
You’ll define and implement a clear outcomes framework across customers, ensuring that outcomes are:
Clinically meaningful
Comparable across health systems
Credible in front of medical directors and public administrations
You’ll also begin representing Tucuvi in clinical discussions with customers, supporting complex commercial cycles, renewals, and expansions.
Externally, you’ll start shaping how Tucuvi communicates clinical impact to the market, including publications, congress participation, and thought leadership.
You’ll be the clinical authority behind Tucuvi’s outcomes, governance, and safety narrative.
Every deployment will follow a clear outcomes framework, and clinical communications will be consistent, credible, and trusted by healthcare leaders.
You will have helped establish Tucuvi as a credible voice in the safe implementation of AI in healthcare, strengthening both customer relationships and market positioning.
As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for:
Defining which outcomes Tucuvi measures across deployments
Establishing standardized methodologies for calculating and reporting outcomes
Ensuring outcomes are clinically meaningful and comparable across health systems
