As we enter new markets, the demand on both, our product capabilities and IT infrastructure, are increasing significantly. We need to design scalable systems that grow with our user base and handle increased data flows without degradations in performance.
We are also tackling complex integrations with electronic health records (EHR), as well as being integrated by major players through our public FHIR API. So we need to develop integrations that enhance our interoperability capabilities.
On top of that, we are developing top-notch AI models that needs to be placed in production. So the person who joins us will collaborate with AI Engineers to make sure we build robust and scalable AIOps.
During the first weeks, you’ll delve into our software architecture and understand how our product works and what powers it!
We work as a team 🤜🤛. You’ll collaborate with AI Engineers and product team, to make sure that the solutions delivered to patients meet our exigent quality standards while creating a product that massively impact people lives.
We use tools such as pytest or mypy to ensure code quality and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll create and maintain software that manages conversations between patients and professionals in real time and analyze it to detect alerts in order to inform professionals. You will create HTTP APIs to communicate our system with hospitals.
What to expect during your first months with us
In your first month, you’ll focus on understanding our platform, integrations, and processes. You’ll work closely with the engineering team, shadowing key interoperability projects and getting familiar with our FHIR API, HL7 standards, and EHR integrations. You’ll also join client and internal meetings to gain insights into real-world use cases.
By month three, you should be able to take ownership of integration tasks, designing and developing high-concurrency, low-latency solutions while ensuring data integrity. You’ll be actively contributing to new implementations, debugging issues, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams to refine integration strategies.
After six months, you’ll be a key player in our interoperability efforts, leading complex integration projects and optimizing existing workflows. You’ll be proactively identifying improvements, mentoring others, and ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of healthcare technology. Additionally, you’ll be comfortable representing the engineering team in technical discussions with clients when needed.
Here you have an overview of your main challenges and key responsibilities:
You will help us expand our interoperability capabilities by integrating with FHIR-based EHRs APIs.
You’ll design high concurrent low-latency systems.
You’ll work with ETLs to ensure data integrity.
High-quality development principles are tattooed in your arm when you deliver solutions on-time;
You will write code. A lot. Tested. Legible. Complex and funny 😊
Meet part of the team you’ll be working more closely to achieve your goals:
