We’re at a pivotal moment in our journey 🚀. Our SaMD product has already proven its value in transforming healthcare, and we’re growing fast in both impact and complexity.
As we expand internationally and deepen our integrations across clinical environments, design is becoming increasingly strategic: our solutions need to be understood at a glance, used effortlessly, and inspire trust from the very first click. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for someone to lead the user experience design function. Your mission within the team will be to take full ownership of this area of the product. You’ll have the opportunity to lay the foundations, define the vision, and lead everything that comes next. From improving what already exists to imagining what hasn’t yet been built. This will be your space to think, create, and grow.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that truly believes design can make technology feel more human, and in healthcare, that matters more than ever.
You’ll lead UX design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Clinical and Marketing to create consistent, user-centric experiences across our platform. You’ll take ownership of our design system, improve usability across key journeys, and support product marketing through impactful visuals and engaging multimedia content.
What to expect during your first months with us
We’ll make sure your first weeks are purposeful and energizing. You’ll dive deep into our mission, explore how Tucuvi Health Manager (THM) is transforming care delivery, and get to know the people who rely on us every day: healthcare professionals across multiple settings and specialties.
You’ll meet the teams you’ll be working closely with, gain a clear view of our current product and user journeys, and begin auditing the existing design system. From there, you’ll start spotting opportunities to simplify, improve, and elevate the experience.
From day one, you’ll be a key part of the mission and we’ll count on you to start shaping what great UX looks like ⚡️.
You’ll have delivered your first contributions to the design system, laying the groundwork for consistency and scale as we grow. You’ll also have worked on UX improvements based on your initial audits and feedback from the team and users.
Importantly, you’ll start collaborating on new product features, working from early exploration through to first prototypes. In parallel, you’ll support product marketing by creating visuals and multimedia content that strengthen our brand and help explain our value to the world.
By this point, you’ll feel right at home: you’ll have a deep understanding of Tucuvi’s context and know how to drive meaningful impact through design. You’ll lead the creation of new features end to end: from ideation to launch, and continue evolving our design system with a strong focus on scalability, clarity, and consistency.
Your work will have a direct impact on user experience, trust in the platform, and adoption by clinical teams.
And of course, by now, you’ll be a key voice in how we shape the product experience at Tucuvi. Welcome aboard! 🤩
